China Glaze Prism Swatch

Today's one of those, "I can't believe I never swatched this!" kind of days... This is one heavy handed coat of China Glaze Prism from their prismatic collection back in 2012.  It's a gray toned lilac base with tons of glitter.  Like toooooooons... total glitter bomb.  If you wear more layers it's just insane amounts of glitter, which is why I went with only one.  It dries faster that way ;)

Anyway, it's such a fun polish and going into a long weekend it was speaking to me.  Enjoy!

The birds are singing!

I keep trying to convince myself that spring will actually get here.  So, when I broke my damn nail (can you tell I'm annoyed?) I decided to do some simple stamping to cheer me up.

I've done a number of reviews for Barielle recently and I have gushed about their creamy polish and wondering if it can stamp.  The answer... Oh yes!  It can!  It's awesome!

I painted my two accent nails with Sally Hansen White On.  Then I used my Pueen 47 plate to add some musical notes and a little bird with my Barielle Designer's Shoe.  I'm super impressed with how well this polish stamped and of course the images are cute and make me smile :)

Barielle Designer's Shoe Review

Today I have Designer's Shoe from the Barielle that was sent to me for review.  Of course, the name alone sold me ;)

The creamy colors they produce just knock my socks off.  They're almost all one coat colors and super deep and saturated.  Gushing aside on the formula, the vibrant lilac color is so perfect for spring!  I'm beyond ready for some sunshine and putting my coat in the closet for the year.  Sick of being cold... ok, rant over.

Always important to note, Barielle products are 5 free (not just 3 free) and also cruelty free.

Nail Pattern Boldness Oodiful Swatch

Such a fun polish today!  This is 2 coats (sorta... get to that in a second) of Oodiful from Nail Pattern Boldness.  It's an awesome gray jelly base with scattered pink and white glitter.

I love the polish... that's a given.  I love gray, I love jelly and I love non-sparkly glitters.  It's a recipe for gorgeousness!  My only issue was trying to get the pink glitters on my nail.  That's why I called this 2 coats 'sorta'.

I did the first coat and only had a few pink glitters.  I did the second coat and ended up fishing around the bottle to manually place some pink on my nails.  Maybe the pink is supposed to be this sparse or maybe I needed to spend more time shaking the bottle (although I did shake it a lot).  Not sure, but I wish the pink was easier to get to.

Extra effort aside, I love the polish and it's been super fun to wear!

Zoya Tori Swatch

Every now and then, a girl needs some red!  I've had this polish for a year and this is the first time I've worn it.  It was just sitting in my stash saying, "C'mon... you know you need a red day!"

You're looking at two coats of Zoya Tori.  She's a rich, shimmery, metallic, cinnamon red.  Kind of delicious if you ask me!
